Components of Well-Being, Pt. 2

In this message we will see that God has graced His people with motivational gifts. When you discover how God has gifted you and embrace and use this gifting then you experience living in the enablement of God. May God enlighten you to live in the grace of His gifting.

This message is the first of three from Romans 12 in which we will examine how we can experience and demonstrate inner spiritual fortitude. In this particular message we will see that two critical components of Biblical well-being are a lifestyle of worship and sober self-assessment.

We will see that God is revealed as Creator throughout the Bible.  We will also see that evolution, as an explanation for the origin of humans, takes just as much faith to believe as does special creation by God. In our times we need to turn to a Creator God Who knows best how we should do life.

This week we will look at the Christian teaching of the doctrine of Trinity as we explore the implications of the this teaching for our daily lives.

Like Esther we are "for such a time as this" followers of God who are called to follow no matter what may be the consequences. Her story should inspire us to new levels of obedience.

This week we begin a 6-week series, "Its Ordinary to be Extraordinary", looking at biblical examples of followers who illustrate big discipleship qualities for us to emulate. In this week's message we will see that the ordinary nomadic Rechabites were extraordinary in following their ancestor's instruction. God calls us to this kind of loyalty to His instructions.

In this message from Ephesians we will look at what it means to live in a manner worthy of our calling. 

God of Immeasurably More

In Ephesians 3:14-21 Paul prays that we would experience the power of the Holy Spirit in our inner being so that we can grasp the love of Jesus that surpasses knowledge. Paul takes a break from all the deep teachings of Ephesians and prays, "God, unleash Your power in us and do immeasurably more than we can ask or imagine!"
